🇧🇷 Zermatt estava na minha lista de desejos há tempos. Há anos eu havia ouvido falar sobre uma vila suíça aonde carros não eram permitidos e carruagens estilo antigo circulavam pelo centrinho. Daquela época em diante eu comecei a sonhar com esse vilarejo.
🇬🇧 Zermatt had been on my bucket list for ages. Long time ago I heard about a town where cars were not allowed and vintage carriages roamed freely across little streets. From that time onwards I started to day dream about this village.
🇧🇷 Pessoalmente ela é ainda mais bonita do que imaginava. Ruas estreitas de pedra. Chalets de madeira aconchegantes. Boutiques charmosas. Restaurantes de montanha de altíssimo nível. Superb views of Matterhorn from every corner. Superb perfectly groomed pistes for every level, state-of-the-art lift system – can you imagine a heated chairlift?
🇧🇷 Já no primeiro dia ficamos apaixonados pela cidade. O fato de não ter carros (apenas elétricos) dá um charme a mais, um toque de estilo antigo. E por outro lado você tem uma cidade vibrante, animada, com boutiques da moda e restaurantes modernos.
🇬🇧 From our first day we fell completely in love. The not having cars thing (just eletric ones) is quite charming, gives a touch of old style. And on the other hand you have a vibrant scene, with charming fashion boutiques and modern restaurants.
🇧🇷 Zermatt tem muito a oferecer, qual seja a sua idade ou preferências esportivas, em qualquer época do ano. Mesmo se você for no verão, têm muitos trens de montanha que continuam funcionando e você pode apreciar vistas de tirar o fôlego dos picos mais altos. Se você for no inverno, no entanto… Aí sim, é um parque de diversões.
🇬🇧 Zermatt has plenty to offer whatever your age or sport preferences and whenever you go. Even if you go during summer, there are some mountain trains that keep working and you can enjoy breathtaking views from the highest peaks. But if you go during winter as I did…. Oh boy…. It’s a playground.
